Your goal should be to achieve what LinkedIn calls “All-Star” status, regarding your profile strength. This is the highest level you can achieve, which is shown in your private dashboard when you view your profile. “All-Star” strength profiles, according to LinkedIn, are 40 times more likely to appear in recruiter search results, which are also ordered by profile completeness (Tweet it!).
